Zakk Tompkins got the weekend started, followed by 90s Daughter bringing the 90s hits to downtown Mahomet.

A weekend like this doesn’t happen because of one person or one group. It takes an entire community working together, and we have so many people to thank.

To our volunteers who gave their time throughout the weekend, our sponsors whose support helps us continue to bring this festival to Mahomet, our local businesses who stepped up in so many ways, and our vendors, food trucks, performers and everyone who helped make the weekend what it was, THANK YOU.

Thank you to the Village of Mahomet and all of the Village employees and crews who worked before, during and after the festival. Thank you to our police, fire, EMS and everyone who helped keep the weekend safe and running smoothly.

And a huge thank you to our Mahomet Music Festival Committee. The work behind this festival starts months before the first stage goes up and continues long after the last song is played. So much of that work happens behind the scenes, and we are incredibly grateful for every hour that was put into making this weekend happen.

Finally, thank you to everyone who came out. Whether you joined us for the parade, carnival, live music, food, vendors or spent the whole weekend with us, you are the reason we do this.

It truly takes a community to make the Mahomet Music Festival happen, and once again, Mahomet showed up.

A big thank you to Craig Morgan and his team for helping us out this afternoon!

Our Second Stage had to pause for a bit while sound checks were happening on the Main Stage. With a festival like this, sound checks have to happen once each band is set up and ready, and unfortunately, that meant our Second Stage performers couldn’t be heard over the Main Stage.

When Craig Morgan and his team realized what was happening, they graciously cut their sound check short so our local musicians could finish their sets and have their moment on stage.

We truly appreciate Craig and his entire team for making room for our local talent and allowing them to be heard.

A pretty awesome gesture from tonight’s headliner. ❤️
