Hello my name is Cheri Davis. I am the founder and director of the first and only black owned performing arts dance studio in Magnolia, Arkansas—Concrete Rose Dance Company. While being a studio owner for 8 years I’ve trained hundreds of dancers in tap, ballet, jazz, majorette, hip hop, musical theatre and so much more. I’ve choreographed winning routines for regional and national competitions such as but not limited to Rainbow, Talent On Parade, KAR, STARBOUND, and Buck or Die. I have a strong passion for teaching and training dancers to be their best selves in this industry. I work with integrity and an unbiased spirit to assure that every young dancer who I am blessed to train or judge can grow fairly and strongly. I’m happy to witness the talent at this competition 🌹

Kaylah Morgan is a proud alumna of University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she danced from 2017–2019 while building a legacy of leadership, discipline, and creativity. During her time on the team, she served as Co-Captain from 2018–2019 and stepped into the role of Acting Captain in 2019, demonstrating strong leadership both on and off the floor.

Before her collegiate dance career, Kaylah trained under Justin Roberson and Jason Roberson at Southern Belles Studio, where she developed the technical foundation, discipline, and passion that would continue to shape her dance journey.

In addition to performing, Kaylah served as Head of the Uniform Committee and created the team’s dance packets, helping organize and prepare dancers throughout the season.

Outside of dance, Kaylah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and recently received her Master’s in Human Resource Strategic Management from Bellevue University. Her journey reflects a commitment to leadership, excellence, and empowering others both on stage and beyond

Brings high energy, passion, and performance experience to the competition floor with a background in cheerleading and coaching with over 7 years of experience. I love pushing athletes to perform with confidence, power and style known for building strong athletes, dedicated individuals, I am excited to inspire dancers to leave it all on the FLOOR and have fun doing it.
