This oil and silver leaf painting commemorating the last standing Doggie Diner sign at Sloat Blvd in San Francisco is available at Lost Highway Art Gallery in Madrid, NM. The chain started in 1948 and the signs were seen all over the SF Bay Area up until the chain shut down in the late 80s. Archival prints mounted on birch panels embellished with silver leaf are also available.
