JULY 11TH IS THE DATE !!! Bring your family ,bring your friends ,bring grandma and auntie..BRING YOURSELF !!
Because this is one festival you do not want to miss and on top of it...There is no charge for anything except for food vendors and the fundraising booth!!
We will have a full petting zoo from The Mays Farm .
Instant Zeal will be performing so bring your lawn chairs !
craft vendors ,food truck festival ,rides & attractions ,face painting and a huge carshow for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital hosted by Jimmy Allyn !!!& much much more!!!!

Food vendor spots have been full for months .. However we can take non food vendors if you have or will get your permits !

The advertising for the festival has started so a lot of people are wanting to bring their trucks in and we are full 90% of our vendors returned & we pride ourselves not duplicating and making the event successful

Please inbox her the name of your business that it is permitted under as well as the name of the owner attached to it for the city of madisonville and hopkins county...

If you are a food vendor please attach your Madisonville Kentucky mobile permit ,your statewide permit, as well as your city and county license. So that is four permits you need to send for a food vendor....

If you are a craft vendor it is 2 permits you need to send (city and county permit)!!

If I do not have those by Wednesday, your name will not be submitted on the list that I have to turn into the city,the county and the health department. They will review that list to make sure you have your permits and give me a list of everybody that is active and that we can allow into the festival. Everyone has known about this And I am needing that information so we can get it turned in. We cannot allow you to set up. If you do not have your permits, it is a requirement And if you do not turn it in, we will fill your spot with another vendor AS WE HAVE A MASSIVE WAITING LOST! and there will be no refund as it is a known requirement ..WE HAVE TO COOPERATE WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY/STATE! So please inbox her.There has only been three people out of over thirty vendors send a message!

2 things.. we need volunteers the day of the festival and Do i have anyone willing to take flyers to businesses in Hopkins county and Madisonville for the Bluegrass Food Truck Festival .. make sure each business gets them,knows about the festival and offer to hang up the flyer for them(bring tape as I will provide flyers and tape).. PLEASE INBOX only

This festival is free to all who attends,rides and attractions are free with the exception of the mechanical bull.It will be a very small fee ($3ish bring cash ) to raise money for the next upcoming festival, along with the Hunky Dunk Booth that will be raising money for the upcoming festival in October as well :)

We are 4 weeks away from the Madisonville KY Bluegrass Food Truck Festival and we are super excited !!!

Here is what to expect ‼️

*Location this year is downtown at the old courthouse all the way down to the police department and fire department and the entire blocks in between (union street ) ..

*ALL ACTIVITIES,RIDES , The Mays Farm petting zoo,DJ,Live music Instant Zeal
AND ATTRACTIONS ARE FREE..EXCEPT FOR THE mechanical bull and the dunk tank because when you support those the money from the dunk tank and the mechanical full goes towards the next festival that we are having in October. That way, everything can remain free to the public. So please support the mechanical bull and the dunk tank
