Me & Pearl in New Orleans in the French quarter on Royal&Orleans today💚
Today marks a major turning point in this wild journey. Last March I left Denver after 10 years- and now 25,000 road miles, about 26 states, two countries and so many magical tattoos later I got the keys for a rental here in New Orleans 💚 Not only do I love where I work, but I love this city- and the van needs a transmission rebuild which I found out right after I agreed on a room deposit . The universe always knows what’s up and timing works out exactly as it’s supposed to.
A part of me wishes I had documented and shared van life a lot more- but the first half was a lot of grieving and healing - and for the rest of it, I couldn’t bring myself to be anything less than as present as possible. I’m so grateful for all the beautiful people I’ve met and that have helped me get through the past year. I’ve become so much more resilient and grateful for the littlest things in life . Im really looking forward to hanging my hat for a while in such a magical place as New Orleans 💚💚 thank you for being here and sharing in this beautiful journey of life
