This is year #2 for Gather and MVP Madison Visionary Partners is working hard behind the scenes to create a wonderful event for our community. Come be a part of something truly special. See details below!

GATHER MADISON is a FREE community event hosted by MADISON VISIONARY PARTNERS, created to bring people of all ages & backgrounds together to share a meal, build connections, & celebrate community.

Taking place on Sunday, November 8th at Home Place Park, this event will celebrate the spirit of togetherness during the season of thankfulness. To make this vision a reality, we’ll need the help of over 100 volunteers. From setting up tables and chairs, welcoming guests with a smile, serving food, creating a festive atmosphere, volunteers are the heart of this event. Every volunteer will get a free GATHER MADISON t-shirt & the chance to be part of something bigger.

Visit https://www.mvpmadison.org/gather for all the details and to sign up to volunteer.

We can not THANK Allied Digital Printing enough for how easy they make our festival designs come to life through signage. Since 2022 they have been making sure we have all our signage needs taken care of, and sometimes that is chaotic, but they still love us! 😍🥴🤯

They work side by side with us to make sure we have everything right and their personal service is what keeps us going back year after year. In 2025 they wrapped our Information Trailer for us.

Thank you Allied! We love our collaboration with you each year! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

THANK YOU, MADISON! ❤️

What a beautiful day. What an incredible turnout. And what an AMAZING community.

A rain forecast, road construction, and a weekend filled with events across our area didn't slow you down. Thousands of you came to Historic Downtown Madison on Saturday to celebrate 50 years of the Madison Street Festival with us—and we simply cannot thank you enough.

From the entire 44th Madison Street Festival Planning Committee and all of our volunteers: THANK YOU for showing up. Thank you for celebrating with us. Thank you for making the day so incredibly special. ❤️

To the hundreds of vendors, artists, businesses, nonprofits, performers, sponsors, food vendors, organizations, participants, and volunteers who showed up and SHOWED OUT for our community—thank you! You brought the streets to life and gave our visitors so much to SHOP, EAT, LISTEN, PLAY, and CONNECT with throughout the day.

To our Historic Downtown Madison businesses and homeowners, thank you for opening your neighborhood and welcoming thousands of visitors. Many experienced our beautiful downtown for the very first time on Saturday—and we hope they fell in love with it and will come back again and again.

To Madison Public Works, thank you for your support and hard work that helped us transform downtown and create a welcoming festival for our visitors. Your support means everything to us, and we do not take it for granted.

City of Madison, Alabama City Hall, thank you for allowing our parade to stage at City Hall and for the many ways you support us throughout festival weekend. AND Thank you Madison County, Alabama-Government for your support as well.

And to the Madison, Alabama Police Department, Madison Fire and Rescue, HEMSI, and everyone who helped keep our visitors, participants, and volunteers safe throughout the day—thank you. We appreciate what you do for our community not only on festival day, but every single day of the year.

To Madison City Schools, one of our greatest advocates and supporters year after year, thank you for continuing to believe in our organization and our mission. We are so grateful for your partnership.

And now, because of the support you gave us Saturday, our work continues.

We move from festival season into grant season, where the proceeds from this year's festival will help support education and educational programs throughout Madison County. ❤️

That is why we do what we do.

For 50 years (44 festivals), this community has continued to show up for the Madison Street Festival. Generations have walked these streets, volunteered, participated, brought their children and grandchildren, supported our mission and helped keep this tradition alive. Children who grew up coming are now bringing their families to enjoy this tradition. Saturday, YOU showed up again. It is such a beautiful thing, and it is our honor to expereince it with you. We will never take that for granted. 🫶🫶🫶

Soon, we'll begin planning the 45th Madison Street Festival, coming October 2, 2027, and we'll carry the joy of this year's festival with us every step of the way.

Thank you for loving this festival.
Thank you for believing in what we do.
And most of all, thank you for loving this community right alongside us. ❤️

We truly couldn't do it without you.

THANK YOU, MADISON!

Look what we did! Come out today to see.

So genius of the Madison Street Festival leadership to find a HUGE tv to put on the street to play the Bama/MSU game, strategically placed by the food trucks/tables. And the cloudy weather makes it even easier to see! This State fan is thankful that I can peek out on occasion to see a snippet of the game.

Come on downtown today to support the local artisans, performers, and merchants who have worked so hard to make today a fun community event!
