Friday, June 12 | 4:00–6:00 PM
Take an old book and make it entirely yours. Two hours to slow down, get your hands into something creative, and leave with an art journal that holds whatever you need it to hold. No experience needed.

What would happen if we actually gave ourselves a minute?

No big plan. Just a few quiet moments to check in.

Mini reset ideas:
- Three slow, intentional breaths
- Go outside and notice 5 things around you
- Go for a walk
- Create a little art
- Call a friend who helps fill your soul cup
- Engage in some guided journaling
- Take a mindful shower or bath
- Change up your environment

What are your go-to ways to reset? Bonus if they’re mini actions you can do in 15 min or less.
