The Z Talk Radio Network was created under the belief that Freedom of Speech is the lawful right of every human being. We, as a network, provide them with their time slot and use of the webpage and chat room. It is the responsibility of the owner, program director, management team and moderators to provide a safe and secure env
ironment in which to air individual shows. We do not and will not censor or control the format, guest list or subject matter of any show on this network. We have not and will not allow bullying or verbal attacks on any show, its hosts and guests of the show, or chat room listeners under any circumstances. We will however, allow constructive and respectable debates if it in fact pertains to the show and topic currently airing. If we as a network allowed a “free for all” attack in the chat room during any show we would in fact be violating the very definition of freedom of speech and in all essence censoring the shows on air by not allowing the hosts or guests of their show to speak freely without fear of retribution or threats of any kind. Those choosing to enter the chat room with the intent of causing disruption and derailing the show on air will be dealt with immediately. Upon receiving information of such an attack on a show or guests of the show, we as the owner and program director of the network may choose to lock down the room in order to prevent an all-out attack. If an attack were allowed to occur, the attackers would in fact be attempting to censor a show on air with a subject matter that had no bearing on the topic being discussed. If anyone has a valid concern, that concern should be addressed to the owner of that show by contacting them through their own website contact information.
