TNW Ensemble Theater

TNW Ensemble Theater TNW Ensemble Theater, founded in 1985, is an independent non-profit arts organization. The Company tours throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Driven by artistic innovation and community connection, we produce new works, engage people of all backgrounds with the arts, and promote authentic tap dance. We have created, produced, and performed 35 new plays, 15 tap and jazz music performances and 11 works for young audiences. We conduct arts residencies for people of all ages and abilities.

Adult tap classes at TNW begin next week, and we can't think of a better way to step into the fall season!

Instructor Kenna Kramer, a recent graduate from UW Stevens Point, has studied with Jeannie Hill and performed and studied with Katherine Kramer.

Classes take place on Fridays, 09/11/26-10/02/26. Beginner adult classes are from 4:30-5:30pm. Intermediate adult classes are from 5:30-6:30pm.

To register, please pay by check or cash to TNW at the first class; September 11th.

Three exciting pieces of news from our friends at Music Theatre of Madison:

1. Trevor, the Musical opens this Friday!

Do you have a monologue you’ve been working on? The start of a play? Bring it to a playwriting workshop led by award-winning playwright Liz Fentress at TNW Ensemble Theater, 1957 Winnebago St. in Madison, Saturday, May 16, from 1-3 pm.

We’ll read, discuss, and, hopefully, you’ll leave with some valuable feedback and an idea or two for going forward. The workshop is FREE, but let us know you’re coming by sending an email to [email protected]
