When .art says she wants to draw Digimon, you let her draw Digimon. The start of summer means the start of a new 7-drink cocktail menu here at I/O, and we’re excited to bring you a bunch of fun new creations!

House & Homepage starts with Tito’s vodka, lemon, and elderflower liqueur, but the star of the show is an in-house blended passionfruit honey that tastes like bright sunlight and good AC.

Levi’s and Gatling Guns is an homage to our favorite digital monster, Gargomon, and his iconic jorts/guns for hands fashion combo. It starts with a margarita base and adds Cynar, a vegetal artichoke amaro, for a slightly bitter, round, and complex flavor.

These are just 2 out of our 7 new menu items, so stop in for trivia tonight and be digidestined to take home some gift cards!

Cocktail boards are now officially FOR SALE here at I/O, so you can bring home your own unique piece of the arcade. Not only do you get the art, but you also get the recipe for the cocktail AND a kit to make it at home! Any boards speaking to you? Ask a bartender for all the details. You can even reserve the current cocktail boards to take home at the end of the month!

We love supporting local artists and we hope you do too. So next time you stop in, picture how these will look on the wall of your apartment. Probably pretty darn good.
