a letter from the artist:

dear reader,

let me tell you a little about myself. i am 31 years old from a small town in Mississippi. currently residing in Madison, MS since 2020 and it’s home. truly.
i am married with two magical daughters. they are my inspirations and muse.

i work at a Holmes Community College as a nursing school instructor and at Batson’s children’s hospital. i have been a nurse since 2013. and while i love nursing, I owed it to my creative side to explore this venture.

i have always painted and explored the arts. i love all mediums of creativity and have dabbled across them all it seems. but there is nothing like pure white paper (or canvas) that holds endless possibilities. My mediums of choosing are acrylic and oil paints on canvas paper experimenting with different variations of sealers. i also love to work with leafing (gold, silver).

i am excited about this opportunity to provide people a magical gift or creation to express themselves with. what an honor.
