This morning we performed at First Congregational United Church of Christ - Madison, Wis. for their Open and Affirming service, where they celebrated an incredible 34 years of being an Open & Affirming congregation. The sermon was a history lesson that began in 1992 when a group of congregants began to explore the idea of joining the movement, as well as other LGBTQ+ movers and shakers who helped make small strides and plant seeds for amazing things in Madison that we freely enjoy today.

We are proud to raise our voices with those who are doing the work in the community 🌈🎶

During our break last night we had an EXTRA special treat! PHC’s own Dennis H (2nd from right) is a man of many choral talents. He stopped in with his barbershop group, Pour Four More, to give us a preview of their set before they head off to the Barbershop Harmony Society Land of Lakes District Competition in Bloomington MN next week.

We’re cheering him and his friends on! Go Dennis! 🏆

A few pics from our performance at Stoughton Pride on a beautiful Saturday morning last week. Such a lovely community event each year.

And yes, our artistic director can do his job while wearing his sleeping newborn baby. Impressive! 💪🏼🎶
