Back at it!!! New stuff hitting the shelves - a 2DSxl with games, an OLED Switch with games, a boxed PS Portal with charging dock, a boxed Sega 32X and a MetaQuest 3S VR headset.

I cannot put into word how immaculate this Commodore PET computer is and how much I love it. I've already ordered so many peripherals and games for it!

Making a drive to pick up this beauty today! The Commodore PET computer is part of the original 1977 Trinity of personal computers that also included the Apple IIe and the TRS-80.

This particular computer is a PET 2001-N 32. It was released in 1979 with 32k of RAM and a full size keyboard. The original PET had only 4k of RAM, a smaller keyboard and a built in cassette deck. I already have a datasette and a game on tape (3D Monster Maze) - waiting to be played as soon as I get home!

Closed today, back at it again tomorrow. Lots of stuff came in on Monday that I'll post about tomorrow. 🤗

When I started this game of M.U.L.E. I was watching 1980's Twilight Zone. A guy got a heart transplant and took on the personality of the guy who donated the heart! By the time I won the game Diff'rent Strokes was on and Arnold's goldfish Abraham died. 😐

Not just kids come to Video Game Nirvana for their birthdays! Aaron's wife arranged with me for her husband and his friends to come into the store early yesterday for a shopping spree and free reign of the store before opening. Happy birthday Aaron!!!! 🎂 🥳 🎉

New stuff - Playstation 5 slim disc edition, a fat PS3 with games, a Switch, a red Elite Xbox controller and a 2 TB external hard drive. During the big storm yesterday I retreated to the store basement with the cats to call into some BBS' on my Zenith Data Systems computer. 🖥 🐈

Steel Batallion controller for Xbox, 25th Anniversary DSiXL with games, three brand new Activators for Genesis/Super Nintendo, a PS4 with God of War Ragnarok and I'm constantly amazed how good this little white TV demos games. 🤗

My Atari serial cable arrived yesterday - which allowed me to dial into the Video Game Nirvana BBS via an old Atari 830 coupler modem running thru the 850 interface and into my Atari 400 computer. Amazing.
