it is a big honor for Madison Public Library to post this about my art stickers! ☺️ if you want to help me support the library, you can order a book sticker in my shop! 📚 www.elizamakesart.com
Local teen artist Eliza Makes Art has decided to give back to some of her favorite local organizations through her collection of original stickers! Eliza taught herself digital art as a hobby when she was 12 and now, at age 14, she's created a ton of amazing stickers to help fundraise for local organizations.
"When people saw my first sticker they encouraged me to have more printed and start selling them. I knew right away I wanted to do something with the money that could help other people. I selected a charity to donate money to with the sales of the stickers and that's how Eliza Makes Art began! With each new sticker I create, I select a new non-profit to fundraise for, and I chose to raise money for the library because libraries offer so many important resources for the community. When you come to the library it doesn't matter how much money you have, you are allowed to access everything for free, like the books and the classes and other programming. I wanted to help support these offerings!"
Thanks to Eliza, the Madison Public Library Foundation has received $75.71 since she started selling the books sticker. Overall, Eliza's sticker sales have contributed $3,500+ to Madison-area charities. You can check out her sticker collection, as well as the special "books" sticker, online at: www.elizamakesart.com. And remember, all gifts that help support the library are appreciated - no matter their size!
