Thank you to Coyle Contract for donating the carpet tile for the second floor of the new community center building. Originally installed in the National Guardian Life building, this carpet has a lot of life still in it.

Thank you, also, to Michele Westphall at Habitat for Humanity for making this connection. You led the way for a collaboration that shows a real commitment to sustainability by all involved!

Here is an inside sneak peek at what is happening on the Triangle!

Apartments
Solid surface countertops are being installed along with shower/tubs and bathroom sinks on the third floor.
Stoops and sidewalks for the first floor units were poured.

Community Center
Drywall is close to being completed on second floor and the last area being tackled is the barrel roof in the formal space.
Round window opening has been cut but window is not in yet.

The plan for the next few weeks.

Apartments
Continue to install cabinets, countertops, backsplash and sinks.
The space for the mural is being prepped.

Community Center
Work will continue inside with drywall and paint and exterior siding will be completed in the coming weeks.

Grounds
Grading will take place from the Ogden side and work its way west towards the corner of Hargrove and Tulane.
The concrete for the plaza and parking lot will be poured later this week or early next week.
