Aerial CLUB FIT & FLY is here!
Whether you are ready to up your game and add more to your weekly fitness program or you are limited on time and can only fit in 1 workout a week...this is your chance! Join us for a 2hr workout that covers all the bases.
PART 1: Start with a warm-up and total body work-out to improve strength and build muscle and flexibility. Addressing all major muscle groups in the lower body including legs and glutes, and strengthen the upper body muscles to improve your push, pull & isolations in multiple planes of motion. All this while incorporating the core muscles to help with tricks and combos taught in the
2nd half of class.
PART 2: We'll be focusing on aerial arts
1st & 3rd week of month (odd weeks): Hard aerial equipment LYRA, LOLLIPOP, TRAPEZE.
2nd & 4th week of month (even weeks): Soft aerial equipment HAMMOCK, SLING, SILKS, STRAPS.
We will work on individual skills and combinations on each modality to build routines/ choreography for a comprehensive experience! All levels welcome! You will be modified or progressed according to your level and experience.
This class uses 2 class credits from any package or membership, or you can purchase a CLUB FIT & FLY pass.
