The Glass House just needed a minute to show off her upgrades 🤭✨

We stained the pavilion a deep, dark brown and replaced the black chandelier with three gold chandeliers down the center… and y’all, it completely changed the feel of this space. It feels so much more elegant and just a little fancier 🥹

And when the sun starts to go down and you fill this room with candles… the warm, romantic glow and all of that flickering candlelight is EVERYTHING. 🤎🕯️✨

We put so much thought and work into every update we make around here and I am just so in love with how this one turned out.

🍂 ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS — FALL SESSIONS ARE READY TO BOOK! 🍂

This photo is a mock-up only and the final design may vary, but THIS is the direction we’re going this year. 🤎 Think full, dramatic, vintage fall with muted autumn tones, dried florals, overflowing mums, green and creamy white pumpkins, and all the cozy garden charm. 🍂🌾

Please note: the final setup is not guaranteed to look exactly like this mock-up photo. I always design as I go and work with the pieces, florals, and plants I find along the way. 🤭 But this is absolutely the vision!

We have a VERY small window for fall photography this year due to our wedding schedule. Because each of our weddings has different floral arrangements and designs happening in the greenhouse, we will not be creating a dedicated fall setup inside the greenhouse this year.

Instead, our little garden shed is going to be the STAR of fall sessions and I am so excited about it. 😭🍂

Your one-hour rental is not limited to the garden shed! Photographers are still welcome to use the greenhouse, the field with our mountain views, the tall field grass, and the garden during your reserved hour. You will have so much variety to work with — the garden shed is simply our featured fall setup this year. 🤎

🎄✨ CHRISTMAS AT THREE OAKS MANOR 2026 IS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR BOOKING! ✨🎄

Photographers, the link is LIVE and ready to collect your Christmas bookings! 🤭🎅🏼

This year, you can start daydreaming about beautiful antique golds, deep evergreen shades, creamy whites, tons and tons of garland, and more twinkling Christmas lights than I will probably ever want to untangle again 😂✨ And YES… you will be seeing our piano again 😉

Our updated 2026 rental rate is $200 per hour.

Before booking, I do need everyone to please read through our updated guidelines carefully. After several Christmas seasons and hundreds of families coming down our driveway and through the greenhouse, we have made a few changes to help protect the property, the setup, and make sure every photographer receives the same beautiful experience they are paying for.

🎄 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• If you are unsure about booking before seeing the finished Christmas setup and advertisement photos, please wait to book until those photos are released. There will be no refunds once your time is reserved.

• Props, furniture, décor, and setup pieces may NOT be removed, moved, or rearranged. The setup must remain consistent throughout the season so every photographer and client receives the exact Christmas look they are paying for. If you are hesitant about the unknown setup, please wait for advertisement photos before reserving your dates.

• Please arrive no more than 20 minutes before your scheduled time. Your rental begins and ends at the exact time booked. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, as we cannot extend your session into another photographer’s reserved time.

• All vehicles must park ONLY on the right-hand side of the driveway facing the exit. Please pull down as far as possible. There is absolutely no parking in front of our home, near our garage, around construction equipment, in the yard, or near the greenhouse unless directed.

• Dogs are welcome if they are well-behaved! You are responsible for cleaning up after them, preventing marking on furniture or décor, and keeping muddy paws off rugs and furniture.

• Please remember that our greenhouse is an outdoor venue during the winter months. Propane heaters are sometimes provided as a complimentary courtesy, but they are not guaranteed or promised. Please prepare your clients for winter temperatures and dress accordingly.

• We do not have a public restroom, changing room, or dressing area available.

• Please remain on Phyllis Lea Drive when traveling to and from Three Oaks Manor. Do not turn onto Kimberlea Road, as this may place you on neighboring private property.

• No smoking or va**ng inside the greenhouse.

I know this is a lot of information, but Christmas has grown SO much here over the last few years and these guidelines are necessary to keep things running smoothly, protect our home and property, and make sure every single photographer gets the beautiful, consistent setup they reserved. 💛

I am SO excited for you all to see Christmas at Three Oaks Manor this year. I have so many ideas already and cannot wait to start bringing it all to life! 🎄✨
