Grind and Shine Entertainment (G.a.$ Ent) LLC Founders: Torrrance Owens, and Robert "Bumpman" Ross The three serve as co-founders of Grind and Shine Entertainment.

Grind and Shine Entertainment LLC was established in January 2011 by Torrance "Big Bay" Owens, Robert "Bumpman" Ross, and Ron Miller. The company's name serves dually as the mission statement and is based on the founders’ drive to "grind" until they "shine" meaning that they don't mind doing the groundwork that is required to have a successful company. The label is sometimes referred to as "Ga$ En

t" and the founders and artists commonly shout "Gas Up" as a way to promote the company. The foundation of the label began in 2006 as an independent outlet for rapper Bumpman and the group G-Lyfe. Being fresh out of their deal with an independent label, Bumpman and hi cousin Torrance "Big Bay" Owens decided to venture out on their own. They had accumulated a lot of knowledge about the industry from their tenure with the independent label and wanted to reap the benefits of a company versus just being artists. Through years of dedication and hard work, they decided to make their movement official while adding another partner to the mold, Ron Miller, an experienced businessman who shared the passion for good music.
