We’re so grateful for the community support for the Civil War Reenactment at Old Clinton- just a few days away! Hope to see some of y’all there!

As we get ready for Old Clinton War Days coming up in May, our inmates have been hard at work helping clean up the Clinton area.

From picking up trash to improving the overall appearance of the historic district, their efforts are helping ensure our community is ready to welcome visitors for this long-standing local tradition that brings history to life each year.

We’re proud to support events that highlight the rich history of Jones County while also giving back to our community in a positive way.

We sure had fun helping visitors learn a dance from history amongst the other fine artisans showcasing heritage skills. Mark your calendar for the first Saturday in April 2027 so you can catch this amazing collaboration next year!
