Childhood anxiety is very real, and very hard for children to articulate. We know music has a direct affect on the vagus nerve—the communicator between the brain, heart, and digestive system. So, introducing music early on (from singing as much as possible to incorporating instrument play) can be a massive boost to child mental health.
