Genetic Diversity...
When you understand that a radish isn't just a radish, it could be a white sweet radish, a golden radish, a long snow white radish, black radish or gold radish.. or of course 6 shades of a red radish.

I bought these seeds packets, same time I got the butcher block that I have rolled out thousands of pies on. A little estate sale ✨️ 12 years ago.
My mind was fascinated with all the different kinds of seeds....
Something I was introduced to by watching the documentary OMG GMO
And.. by ordering my seeds from Pine Tree Garden Seeds for the last 15 years. (superseeds.com)

Waxing Gibbous... means its time for the next above ground crop to go in. Tomorrow will be more tomatoes 🍅 gourds and flowers 💐
After the full moon... into the Waning Phase, another round of below ground crops will be planted.
Season is uyst getting started and most of the food we serve, and eat is grown right here, on premise!
