THANK YOU Abundance Food Co-op for hosting this wonderful Wellness Fair of community-minded practitioners. I was honored to be part of this day, along with Mary Gleason, and Angela D'Amico of Ready Rochester. Kudos to Deb Smith and Brin, who brought us all together (and took one the best photos of me ever, which captures my joy of being surrounded by like-minded folks). And thank you Deb, for recognizing that health isn't just about the body, it's about the health of the community. We had several folks sign up for our next 'Bunker Not Required', which, by the way, will be held in the Abundance Coop Community Room on Saturday November 7th, from 9:30A - 12:30P.

We head to The Abode tomorrow for the and then down to on Sunday for Musikfest at the SteelStacks ! Fun times. See you there!
