Imagine spending a late summer evening in the open air, enjoying a multi-course dinner thoughtfully prepared by Chef Adriana of From Scratch Farms with ingredients inspired by Colorado’s seasonal harvest.

Live jazz playing in the background. Good wine poured alongside each course. A table filled with people coming together over really good food.

And when dinner is over, take your time. Wander through the gardens, stroll the softly lit pathways, and enjoy a summer night at the ranch.

Lavender ready to be cut and dried, peaches at their best, a little rosé, and those Colorado skies that can’t decide what they’re doing.

Feels like the perfect lead-in to our Harvest Dinner in a couple weeks. An evening that celebrates this little stretch of summer, gathering around the table, eating really good food, sipping wine, listening to live jazz and enjoying the ranch while everything is still green.

There’s a certain feeling to a wedding out here.

A little romantic. A little wild. Bare feet in the grass, champagne in the air, vows beneath the willows and dancing outside long after the sun goes down and the lights come on.

No two weddings here ever look quite the same, and we wouldn’t want them to. Bring the people you love, make it completely your own, and let the ranch do what it does best.

Maybe we’re a little biased after getting married here ourselves, but there’s just something about watching this place come alive for a wedding.

Somehow, it all just feels different out here 🤍
