Kids are back in school and you can RELAUNCH your morning routine! Put movement back into your mornings. We have classes Monday-Saturday at 8:15am and 9:30am, including Yoga, Boot camp, Nia, Barre & mat, willPower and Buti.

Looking for strength, flexibility, mobility, or community? We've got it!!

The dance season is about to begin! If your dancer has grown out of ballet, jazz or hip hop shoes, we are taking donations!

We keep a box at the studio of donated dance shoes for students to donate, trade, and update their dance shoes. This program is super helpful to keep costs down for families and use up the full life-span of these shoes!

If you have donations please bring them by the studio or send me a message. Thank you!
