Come out Thursday July 30, 2026 to our annual car show and cake auction. The money raised from the cake auction goes to a local receiptiant who is battling cancer to help make things a little easier for them. This year's receiptiant is Nikki Levering
Battling cancer for the 2nd time
Very grateful to be this year's recipient. Please come show your support for Niki and her family. Cake auction starts at 7pm. All cakes are donated by our local community members. We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday downtown Lyons.

As island fest quickly approaches i wanted to share the parade route with everyone along with a few reminders.

PARADE ROUTE: We will lineup at the Chrysler Plant starting at 10 a.m.
We will take a left out of Chrysler towards Tabor. Left on Tabor going to Lyons St. Left on Lyons st go to Elizabeth st. Take a Left on on Elizabeth St and an immediate Right on Water St towards the island. PARADE WILL BE SATURDAY AUGUST 1ST

Also we will be shutting down Bridge St from John St to King St starting at 3pm on Thursday July 30, 2026 for the annual car show. Please no parking on Bridge St between those times.

The streets for the parade route will be shutdown starting at 10am on Saturday. Please be respectful and don't drive through the barricades.
