Hello Doll Enthusiasts,
Start spreading the word! Tell your doll friends to mark their calendars NOW for this summer's ANTIQUE DOLL & TOY MARKET. Sunday, August 16, from 11 am - 4 pm at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 20610 44th Avenue W, Lynnwood, WA. Admission: $10.
Our exhibitors can't wait to offer you all the fabulous treasures they've gathered for this summer's hottest show. A few dealers have sent me a preview of their merchandise:
Leone and Teresa, Riverton Cottage Antiques, are bringing a collection of original 1950’s tiny Betsy McCall clothes, antique Teddy Bears, Laces and Trims, large-size doll clothes, plus a tiny original bisque Handwerck doll and lots more fun stuff!
Vicki Johnson/Connie Burleigh will be bringing antique German baby dolls, a Schoenhut, Madame Alexander dolls, Ethnic dolls, and a variety of vintage items.
Debra Marsteller is bringing a new collection of Mod Barbie clothes for purchase. She also has a new array of vintage Barbie girls. And just acquired some beautiful "long hair" American Girl Barbies as well as a vast array of other dolls, such as Ponytails, Francies, and Skippers….!! Shop her large inventory of Vintage and Mod Dolls, their clothes, and remember to bring her your dolls in need of restoration!
Valerie Fogel's Beautiful Bébés will be bringing a variety of Poupées and Bébés to choose from! As well as an array of costumes!
New Vendor ~ Irene Leonard is selling some hard-to-find vintage Barbie items, including Barbie clothing from 1959–1970. Original Barbie accessories such as gloves, boots, earrings, radio, and many other items. There will also be paper dolls from the 50s.
Marci Carvalho will be bringing several bisque dolls, some Halloween items, 2 Gene dolls, a Marilyn Monroe doll, Chinas, and Mickey Mouse Steiffs.
Dennise or Dee Dee Crosby will bring a selection of antique dolls and a few vintage toys to the August 16th show, including several rare porcelain pieces and early-20th-century collectibles. She is looking forward to seeing everyone there!
Eleonora Czyzewski and I will be offering a large selection of French Bebe' Dolls. Look at Eleonora's booth for a mint-in-box #3 Barbie, and an all-original Kathe Kruse #1. Look at my booth for a nice inventory of antique and vintage doll wigs. And, don't forget to measure your doll heads in need of a new coiffure!
Cascade Doll Club will offer an eclectic mix of goodies with all proceeds to be donated to UFDC.
UFDC Region 1 Director Loralee Ruzicka will be on hand to answer any questions about our Region's doll clubs, activities, and the organization in general.
Loralee and Don Ruzicka will be bringing doll-related paper and miscellaneous dolls.
Come join Michele Williams' doll sale debut! From bisque to vinyl; 1930s composition dolls to Barbie fashions. Are you desiring a Simon & Halbig 1078? Perhaps a Patsy Ann or Skippy? Many Madame Alexander dolls are available, including a couple of 1950s 14" Little Women. There will be a few children's books as well as vintage classic mysteries. And much more! Come find a special gift for someone or a doll treasure for you to love!
