We apologize for being incommunicado as of late. We've unfortunately come to the heart breaking decision to not have a 2022 event.
A lot has happened in our lives since we announced we were planning the 2022 event. We have managed to stay covid free, but we can't say the same for some of our family and friends.
Between losses and everything going on in our personal lives and covid being covid we haven't had the time or energy to put into planning an event.
NerdFaire being a family and young child friendly event, we also don't feel comfortable risking other people's children when we aren't comfortable bringing our own children that are high risk and too young to mask/vaccinate.
With more layers of safety and events starting to return, we are hopeful to resume NerdFaire in 2023. We will automatically be issuing refunds to vendors. Anyone who has purchased a ticket and wants a refund, can email us at [email protected] or request a refund through Eventbrite. Otherwise tickets will roll over for our next event.
Thank you for understanding, we apologize for any inconvenience. No one is more disappointed than we are.

We personally went for the Octopus carving a pumpkin hoodie "Halloween Octopus." Erika was THE FIRST vendor to sign up and support NerdFaire's inaugural year.

Two new fall-themed t-shirt, hoodie, and mug designs: All We Have to Decide (Tolkien) and Halloween Octopus.

Looking to have 11 personalized baseballs done and 2 coffee type mugs (dishwasher safe preferred) and need them by the end of July. I'm sure at least 1 of my awesome vendors does them. Shoot me a pm with your pricing.
