We are pleased to announce the formation of Old Shoe Production Company, LLC, comprised LSC Alumnae. As some of you know, this past September a featured event at Homecoming was our production of Clarence Darrow. Out of that production was born this new entity which will be taking the show to colleges across the country. Additionally, we are looking for opportunities to perform Clarence Darrow at law conferences and for Bar Associations as well as adding another production in the coming months. We hope that you will visit and "like" our page as well as sharing it with your friends. We'll have lots more information in the coming hours and days, including the launch of our website and our professional affiliations, so please visit us often!

I hope that you will make plans now to save the date for the Lyndon State College Twilight Players Alumni production of “Clarence Darrow” by David W. Rintels. I will be performing this one man show, that explores the life and legal career of a man dedicated to fighting for social justice. This production is in collaboration with the colleges upcoming campaign , “Year of Social Justice”.

The show, directed by Michele Laberge with assistance and stage management by George Babcock, will be presented at Homecoming, Saturday, Sept 27th at 7:30 PM in the Alexander Twilight Theater. Proceeds will go to the Portner Prize; a financial award for LSC students who excel in the arts.

Please plan to attend, visit with old friends and help to promote the Fine Arts at Lyndon State College. Be on the lookout for an invitation to join our Darrow Facebook show page in the near future for updates and information and be sure to save the date! Thanks,

I am so grateful to my LSC classmates, fellow Twilight Players and even friends who are not even associated with LSC who have generously donated to the theatre project. We are so close to achieving our goal to help make improvements to the Alexander Twilight Theatre and we could not have done it without you. If we are able to raise the amount needed for the matching funds, with your help we will have raised $40,000.00 in under a year...remarkable!

I am so excited about the Lyndon State College Alumni Council efforts to raise money for improvements to the Alexander Twilight Theatre. In addition to our Take A Seat program (have you taken a seat yet?), we are running an on line auction featuring really cool items and experiences; including this glider flight as part of our efforts.
