Lynden Music Festival October 7-12, 2025 Lynden, WA: Lynden itself is rich in history and culture, with a still-strong Dutch influence dating back to its original settlers in 1874.

Lynden Music Festival: The Festival exists to bring established talent from the local, national and international stage, and benefit the Pacific Northwest community with an exceptional blend of diverse musical styles and cultural influences. Its downtown is a scenic tribute to this Dutch identity. Lynden is also the site of several annual agricultural festivals, and the Northwest Washington Fair.

This year we are opening our guitar case for donations to help our dear Jobes family, the owners of Eucatastrophe, as they go through a medical challenge with their daughter.

Nicolenco String Trio is made up of siblings who love to make music together. Known for their passionate playing, the group has won multiple awards at the provincial and local level, but what they enjoy most is sharing music with others. Alina and Elise are currently studying violin with Karina Slupski and Lukas is studying cello under Joel Stobbe. They are lead members of the Abbotsford Youth Orchestra as well as the Langley Youth Orchestra. The trio members have had solo opportunities with the Vancouver Island Symphony, the Fraser Valley Symphony and other professional orchestras in the Lower Mainland. In the summer of 2025, Alina was chosen to be a part of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Young program in Amsterdam, a rigorous international orchestral training program for talented youth and has had the opportunity to perform at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Germany. The trio has also had the opportunity to tour Vancouver Island and Spain with the Abbotsford Youth Orchestra in 2025. The siblings are currently homeschooled which gives them the ability to focus on their musical ambitions. The Nicolenco Trio is looking forward to sharing an evening of beautiful Christmas music in support of the fundraiser for Adia Jobes and sialidosis research. “
