Y'all. THIS MURAL. 🧇🍦
So the building got new owners — and they are WAFFLE AND ICE CREAM people, which honestly feels like the universe knew exactly what it was doing. Because this mural? It was MADE for them. The whole building speaks to the sweetness inside — that was always the mission when I painted it, and now it just fits even more perfectly.

I finally sat down and put some finishing touches on a few videos from the Studio Vine No. 15 mural project I mentioned! Things are really coming together for this amazing new business in Madison Heights, and since the grand opening is getting close, I figured it was time to drop some dates. I absolutely love this project and everything it represents—from the natural hair movement to self-care and just genuinely awesome art.

Keep your eyes peeled over the next week! I'll be sharing more sneak peeks and the official grand opening details to help celebrate. You don't want to miss seeing what this incredible space looks like finished.

I hope this design will also be available as an art print. They did such a fantastic job with this work at the college campus. Many schools have been cutting art programs, but ours is something you cannot remove from your community or culture. It's a vital way to connect with students, help them express themselves, and build connections within the student body, while also developing the school's brand and fostering school spirit. I'm glad to see many schools continue to invest in their campuses and create unique aspects that make people feel proud and represented at their institutions.
