Feeling grateful for my little corner of the art world today. It’s always such an honor to get to paint for you. It’s never lost on me how God has used this platform and my community to continue to allow me to paint. I started this little patchwork project in June 2023, and as of today (3 years later) it’s officially finished 😂

There’s so many parts about Lynchburg I love and just find so unique to this little town, I couldn’t figure out how to put them together. It finally occurred to me to patch together like an actual quilt, because what says southern small town like a patchwork quilt?? Now I just need to decide what to do with this and where to hang it 😅

Yes, yes it’s true. If you made it to the end of that carousel, I will be giving art another go! It seems to be a part of me that I truly can’t let go of, and I thank God for the gift to be able to paint and create.

In the next few days, I will be releasing a few spots this month for commissions. I will post more about sizing, turnaround time, and pricing then too (not much is changing from before)

If you’d like me to send you a message when I put out more information and open up spots, just comment ME below. 😊

And after a year and a half of inconsistent and sporadic posting, who knows if this will even pop up on anyone’s timeline. 😂 So if you see this, and want to share it or tag anyone who would be interested, I’ll love you forever! 🩷

If you catch my smiling at our mini barn, yes you did!!! 100% worth the pain in the you-know-what it was to measure and mark this bad boy up to figure out my design. 😅 casting my vote to add more barn quilts everywhere!
