Seven Hills Dance Studio has been dancing through Lynchburg since 1939 – teaching hundreds of students ages 3 and up how to point, shuffle, pirouette, and leap, all with style and grace, and of course, all while having fun! ntown Lynchburg. 1984 saw a transition to a new home in Boonsboro Shopping Center beneath a new name, Lynda Bell’s Floyd Ward School of Dancing, and then in 1992 into what we know today – Seven Hills Dance Studio. Seven Hills Dance Studio has evolved throughout the years, always maintaining quality dance instruction with professional teachers and innovative choreography. At Seven Hills we strive to enhance the creative, mental, physical and social growth of our students through the art, joy and love of dance.

We seriously can’t believe we are just ONE WEEK away from the start of a brand-new dance season! 💗🩰

Looking back at one of our favorite pieces from last season — our Teen Jazz groups’ “Pink Cadillac”! 💕🚘✨ These girls always know how to light up the stage, but they truly SHINED in this fun, sassy, high-energy number!

“Pink Cadillac” had an incredible competition season, earning Platinum ratings, multiple overall placements including 1st & 3rd Overall Teen Large Group, Highest Score honors, Encore Performance & Callback Challenge awards, Crystal Diamond & Golden Egg awards, and Judges’ Awards for Personality and “Rhythm & Drive”! 🏆✨

We couldn’t be prouder of these girls and the energy, confidence, and personality they brought to the stage every time! 💗

But Seven Hills is so much more than a dance studio to us — this is family. We truly wouldn’t be here without each and every one of our amazing dancers and everyone who has supported us throughout the years.

From the tiniest tapping toes to our big dreamers and shining stage stars, you are the heart of Seven Hills. We wouldn’t be who we are without you or this incredible community we’ve been so blessed to serve for so many years. 🥹🤍

We are counting down the days until our studios are filled with laughter, music, and dancing once again. 💙

Registration for returning students is open now through August 5th, and new student registration will open August 6th–10th!

When you dance at Seven Hills, you're getting so much more than dance classes. You're joining a family—a place where friendships grow, confidence is built, memories are made, and a love for dance is shared every single week.

Camp week was one for the books! 💛✨

Our hearts are so full after spending the week with so many incredible dancers. From familiar faces we’ve watched grow over the years to brand new friends joining us for the first time, it was such a joy to have our studio filled with laughter, dancing, creativity, and so much life again.

Between dance classes, crafts, snacks, story time, and making new friendships, we created memories we’ll be smiling about for a long time. Thank you to every family who shared your dancers with us this week—we loved every minute!

We hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer break, and we’ll be counting down the days until we welcome everyone back for another amazing season in September! 💕🩰
