Trackside Theater

10/01/2026

We are still in need for volunteers to help us with our booth at the heritage festival. If you can’t make it there but would like to help, we are also looking for volunteers to make some goodies for our bake sale. 😊

Good afternoon, fellow actors,

Trackside will have a booth at this year's Heritage Festival on October 10-11 to help spread the word about our theater and engage with our community.

We will be hosting:

A bake sale
A raffle for tickets to a future show
Character boards for festival attendees to take photos with
We are looking for past and current actors to volunteer for two-hour shifts at the booth to help greet visitors and represent Trackside. We are also seeking donations of baked goods for the bake sale.

If you are available to volunteer, please sign up for a time slot using the link below. If you would like to donate a baked item, please reply to this email. We will follow up closer to the event date with details regarding the collection and delivery of baked goods.

Thank you for helping us make this event a success and for supporting Trackside Theater!
