🍫🎺 WORLD’S FINEST CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER! 🎺🍫
We are excited to kick off our World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser! This year, we are making one BIG change to the way case payments are handled:
💳 WE ARE GOING CASH-LESS!
Cash-less does NOT mean students cannot collect cash from customers! Students may still sell chocolate and accept cash from the people purchasing their chocolate.
However, the school/band boosters will NOT accept cash when students pay for their cases. All payments for cases checked out by students must be made through Zeffy using the QR code on the fundraiser flyer.
💰 HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Each case of chocolate is $80.
📱 Scan the Zeffy QR code on the fundraiser flyer.
When making the payment, Zeffy will prompt you to enter the student's name. Please make sure the correct student name is entered so the payment is properly credited to that student.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Zeffy will automatically add a 17% maintenance fee to the payment. This fee is optional and can be changed to 0% before completing the payment. If you do not want an additional fee added, simply change the maintenance fee to 0% so your payment remains $80.
🍫 CHECKING OUT CHOCOLATE
📅 Permission slips go home Monday, August 24.
Once a completed permission slip is turned in, students may check out ONE case of chocolate at a time.
Students may request multiple cases by submitting a written request from a parent/guardian. Requests for multiple cases must be approved by the Band Boosters.
Once payment has been made for a student's current case, they may pick up another case.
🚨 PLEASE NOTE: Once a case of chocolate has been checked out to a student, IT CANNOT BE RETURNED.Families are responsible for the entire case and the $80 payment.

🚨 FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11.

There will be winners at both the High School and Middle School.

It's Brass vs. Winds vs. Percussion!
The high school section with the most sales will earn the opportunity to vote on a costume of their choice for Mrs. Arnette to wear to the HS/MS football game! 😂🏈🎺

🚨 ONE MORE IMPORTANT RULE
Per campus administration, students are NOT permitted to sell chocolate during school hours.
Please help us make this fundraiser a success by encouraging students to sell before school, after school, at home, and to family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
