We are seeking a partner for an established haunted trail situated in Raft Swamp, Robeson County, NC. Due to health considerations, I am unable to manage this operation independently. We are looking for an individual to assist with trail management and the recruitment of actors. The property currently features a pre-cut trail and established electrical access, with ample space for expansion. A 40-foot shipping container, fully equipped with props and operational necessities, is also on-site. A modest investment is required, and profit-sharing percentages will be discussed. The trail successfully operated in 2023, and we consistently receive inquiries regarding our operational status. Serious inquiries are invited. Attached are select images of props and visitors from the 2023 season.
