Hey y'all! I'm finally finished with my painting! Woot!

"In That Number"
Acrylic on Canvas
36" x 36"

It's the craziest thing, but I had a dream about this painting. I hit snooze on my alarm one morning and fell back asleep. In that 5ish minute window, I dreamt of this painting. It was very brief, but basically when I woke up, I knew I just had to paint this.
I started painting it about a week later. My brother and a friend were also hanging out at the studio with me and asked about my vision and its significance. I tried to explain the dream, but was unsuccessful because I didn't understand the full picture yet myself. My brother asked me about the number line and told me that he didn't get it. I replied, "you know, like when that song says, 'and I wanna be in that number! When the Saints Go Marching In!'. Then I proceeded to poorly sing the rest of that song as the painting's meaning became more clear to me. They were second lining up to Heaven! Duh! Haha!

Anywho! I've been working on it on and off again for going on 6-8 months, but now it is finally done! 🙌

I'm very happy with how it came out and I thank God for that dream. All glory to Him! He knows what He's doing for suuure! 🥰
