One thing we hear over and over from our couples? How much their older guests LOVE having seating near the dance floor 🤍

Our antique chairs and vintage sofa are not only beautiful, but they create the perfect spot for grandparents, parents, and guests who may not want to dance, but still want to feel like they are part of the fun. Close enough to watch the memories being made, laugh at the dance moves, and soak in every sweet moment ✨

A few weekends ago these beauties got to be part of such a special day and reminded us that sometimes the prettiest details are also the most meaningful.

It’s busy season around here!

That means lots of running around, late nights, and early mornings. Something not everyone may know is that Borrowed Bliss is actually our “side job.” My husband and I both work full time jobs during the day while also running BB, and I do photography on top of that.

So if I’m a little quiet on here sometimes, just know there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. Most evenings are spent juggling delivery schedules, loading and unloading from events, decorating, or heading to photo sessions.

Honestly though, I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

💍If you are newly engaged, in the middle of planning, or even just dreaming about your future wedding… we would love to hear from you.

One thing we hear all the time is:
“I don’t think I need a coordinator.”
or
“My friend is going to help run things.”

And listen… we know those people mean well. You can survive a wedding day without a coordinator.

But our goal is not for you to survive your wedding day.
Our goal is for you to thrive in it.

To be fully present.
To soak in every moment.
To laugh, dance, and celebrate without worrying about timelines, vendors, or what is supposed to happen next.

That is where we come in.
We communicate with your vendors, organize the details, and make sure your vision actually comes to life the way you imagined it.

There is something so special about watching a space transform. One minute it is just tables and chairs… and the next it becomes the setting for one of the most important days of someone’s life.

This beautiful reception was one we had the honor of coordinating this weekend, and every detail came together perfectly. From the candlelight glow to the florals and elegant table settings, it created such a romantic atmosphere for the couple and their guests.

Moments like this are exactly why we love what we do.
