I want to thank everyone that made our first day a success with our new porch pick up tool. I know change can be difficult, but trust that I will have your best interest at heart when making changes like these. A few weeks ago we had a customer drive from corrigan to pick up from the porch. I sadly was the person that answered the message. And when we went across town to celebrate my husbands birthday, she messaged wanting her package. Because of her 45min drive it was unfair for her to drive back, and because we had just sat down to a hot meal at a restaurant it put all of us in a predicament. So we ended up calling an employee to set her stuff out. Point being, this should not have happened. We get porch pick up requests via messenger, phone, email, online in the notes, my personal messenger and texts. Some folks get lost in the shuffle because of us having to watch all the different places, plus if you wait until 5pm which many of my customers do.. we miss the porch pick up notice completely. Not on purpose it happens because the shop is filled with people from 4pm to 5pm picking up orders. So guys, grow with us, and allow us to make your shopping experience worthy by utilizing the new software. Future ideas are centered around changing the porch pick up location by enclosing the porch.

Alrighty, I am so so excited about being a major founder to this new software for porch pick ups available with Shopify websites. This software allows us to take porch pick ups to a brand new level for at home business.
Starting tomorrow, you will need your Shopify order number and your email address to request a porch pick u before 4pm. If you have t-shirts, and other non Shopify products you will be able to request those on the online porch pick up form as well. Guys we ask that you make sure that you are working with the software as intended so that we can make this experience better for you and for us. Our last minute requests keep us unable to properly not only take care of you but also customers inside our shop. So please, adhere to the final call for pick ups at 4pm. Thank you ever for making history with us!!
