Decided to grill some chicken before the monsoons. Chicken marinated in Hoisin Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Tamari, and a splash of Toasted Sesame Oil. Delish. Add a grilled spud, fresh salad and glass of Fishtown White...and I might be a bit healthier at the end of this tasty dinner.
