A DIVINE OCCASION is an event planning service geared toward any special event from a small birthday gathering to a large corporate convention. We begin by determining the needs of our client, by researching local venues appropriate for the event they have in mind. From there, we research and recommend local businesses, such as caterers, decorators, rental facilities, etc., all with pricing provid

ed. As an event planning service, we charge only for consultation and research. While we make the arrangements, any costs from locales, entertainment, and caterers are strictly between the client and chosen services. A DIVINE OCCASION will also offer limited decorating, as in center pieces, party decor, etc., for an additional charge. (This is ideal for smaller functions). We will also attend your event, somewhat behind the scene, to ensure that YOU are able to enjoy the function without the worry of making sure everything occurs as planned. This is at no additional charge in most cases. A small additional charge may apply for larger events.
