🎭 APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR LCT'S RESIDENT COMPANY!🎭

Are you ready to elevate your artistic career and become a driving force behind Lubbock's vibrant theatre scene? Lubbock Community Theatre is seeking artists to join our Resident Company—an elite ensemble that will help shape our programming, productions, and creative future!

We’re looking for three passionate, skilled, and collaborative artists to join us for a 13-month part-time contract. Whether you're a performer, director, designer, or technician, this is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking program that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and community!

As a part of this dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of creative innovation and artistic excellence. Our Resident Company members will:

- Direct and perform in exciting productions.
- Teach and lead workshops for emerging talent.
- Engage with the arts management and administration.
- Showcase their work in the annual Company Showcase in May.
