Are you ready to elevate your artistic career and become a driving force behind Lubbock's vibrant theatre scene? Lubbock Community Theatre is seeking artists to join our Resident Company—an elite ensemble that will help shape our programming, productions, and creative future!

We’re looking for three passionate, skilled, and collaborative artists to join us for a 13-month part-time contract. Whether you're a performer, director, designer, or technician, this is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking program that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and community!

As a part of this dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of creative innovation and artistic excellence. Our Resident Company members will:

- Direct and perform in exciting productions.
- Teach and lead workshops for emerging talent.
- Engage with the arts management and administration.
- Showcase their work in the annual Company Showcase in May.

We're thrilled to share with you a short recap video of our first day of camp! Kids across the LCT campus got to experience the magic of theatre. From our 7-11 year-olds learning how to do cold reads, discovering their confidence, and making silly faces with our staff, to our teens getting insider secrets to set painting and design from seasoned professionals, the arts were alive here at camp!

During our 101 Dalmatians session, auditions were hosted, and the directors introduced the kids to new improv games that encourage collaboration and teamwork—two of the most important aspects of theatre! We can't wait to see these kids grow and continue to experience the fun here at summer camps!
