Officially on maternity leave!🤰

Surprise! I haven’t announced anything about being pregnant on my business account here, but I’m one month away from having a baby girl! 🎀🩷 Our family is so excited.

I have a few weddings lined up this summer in Lubbock, and then we are moving to the DFW area in August, so unfortunately my time in Lubbock is almost over and I’m SO sad about. 😭 I will still be offering an associate photographer option for a handful of weddings, but I have LOVED being a part of the community here and grateful for the relationships I’ve made. Lubbock will always hold a piece of my heart! ♥️

It was a great weekend celebrating my sister-in-law Kamrielle, and new brother-in-law Devvin. ♥️

I had so much fun as a bridesmaid, photographer, florist, DJ/MC, and planner/coordinator. Haha I’m exhausted, but seriously loved being a part of it all.

I love these two so much!!

I can’t believe it’s been almost 5 months since this wedding, but I’m STILL thinking about it. Syd + Davis started their marriage rooted in Christ and their wedding day was full of prayer and worship. One of my favorite & most memorable weddings to experience. ♥️ They truly brought me closer to Jesus.

Plus, they know how to throw a good party! 💃🏼🪩🕺🏽

I realized that I haven’t shared any wedding day photographs in a loooong time, and had to share some from this special wedding day! I would share more but my Instagram apparently hasn’t updated because I still can’t share more than 10. 🙃

Everything from Andrew & Victoria’s wedding day had special and personal details. I felt so honored that I was one of the only (if not the one and only) vendors they actually hired because it was all DIY. They arranged the florals (because he works at a flower farm), she made the 3 tier (gluten free!) cake, they put together an amazing charcuterie table, the ceremony was at a small chapel, the reception was at a friend’s office building… and honestly it could not have been more beautiful because they were involved with every part and detail. I loved it all!! ♥️

👋 Hey there! I’m Lexi—your Lubbock photographer specializing in colorful, authentic moments that make you look and feel natural in front of the camera. Here’s a bit more about me and what I love:

📸 Photography was always my high school dream job and I went full-time 5 years ago! I absolutely love capturing memories that feel authentic and fun, and I’m here to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Fun fact: My husband hates taking pictures, so I totally get it when guys feel that way! I do my best to keep sessions light and easy, especially for the guys.

🎶 Country music is my jam! Brad Paisley is my all-time favorite, but I also love Thomas Rhett, RaeLynn, Blake Shelton, Rodney Atkins, and of course, the classics like George Strait and Tim McGraw.

🥤 Dr. Pepper addict—but with mix-ins like vanilla, coconut and sweet cream! The best treat from any soda shop.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Twin mama life—my husband Caden and I are parents to our twin toddlers, Colter & Oakley, and they keep us on our toes! Some of my favorite things to do together as a couple or family are hunting, visiting local farms, going out to eat, or watching shows together.

🍟 Gluten-free living—I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was seven years old, so no gluten for me, but that doesn’t stop me from eating out! Lol I will take a Texas Roadhouse steak or Chick-fil-A fries any day. Also Blue Bell ice cream is my favorite (all other ice creams are inferior).

🌿 Homesteading goals—This year, we started a garden, got chickens, and I’ve been experimenting with making homemade yogurt, granola, and most recently I’m making a gluten-free sourdough starter, so we will see how that turns out. I am starting to love learning new ways to be self-sufficient!

🏡 Planning to homeschool my kids! I love the idea of a fuller, slower-paced childhood and keeping my little ones close while learning together, especially in the crazy world we live in now.

Hi y’all! ♥️ I’m Lexi. I’m a wife and mother, photographer and friend. I love the life I live and feel so much gratitude to God for all He has blessed me with. 🙏🏼

Currently based in Lubbock, Texas, I primarily photograph weddings and couples. I create authentic, joyful, and colorful images for couples who want to look and feel natural. When you choose me, Lexi Wyatt Photography, you won’t have to worry about your photographs. You should feel confident in knowing that you will receive images full of emotion, love, and life that you will treasure for your lifetime and beyond. 💖

Aside from photography, I value faith, family and freedom. 🇺🇸 I love this country and the principals it was founded on. I feel privileged to have been flown from coast to coast to capture stories of unique couples and have seen some of the beautiful landscapes of America.

My first priority and greatest joy comes from being a mother! I love my kiddos and am excited to have more in the future!! 💙🩷 It’s been interesting to balance life as a stay-at-home mom while running a business, but each couple I work with deserves the best experience I can give them. This is one reason why I limit how many weddings and sessions I take on at a time. I still have availability for spring and fall of 2025, but dates will be limited.

I had such a fun time with this gorgeous couple, and to my surprise, they’re from my home state of Arizona too! 🌵

But this spot in Lubbock had us feeling like we were miles away with all the greenery and the creek. Texas never ceases to surprise me with every session or wedding I photograph! 💚

Today is Sara & Doug’s 3rd anniversary! Their wedding will forever be one of the most memorable, special, and favorite weddings of mine. The week of their wedding, they had to find a new venue because their original venue was surrounded by a forest fire. So stressful!

They didn’t know where they were going to get married until about 2 days before… And I still cannot believe the venue that they were blessed to find. It is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever been to!! The owners don’t normally allow weddings but they made an exception for Sara and Doug. Honestly, it turned out to be WAY prettier and better than their original venue would have been. Haha

With alllll of the stress that they had to go through that week, it brought them closer together and we could all feel God blessing them with so many tender mercies and miracles. It felt like a “meant to be” moment when they showed up to this cabin with an inscription above the doorway “THROUGH IT ALL, LOVE REMAINS.”

To top it off, an hour before the ceremony started, it rained but then it cleared up more than 30 minutes later leaving the rest of the day with the most perfect weather and beautiful skies. It was the perfect representation of the week—storms before the most special moments. (The rain was also a blessing for multiple forest fires in the area.)

There was so much emotion starting out with stress, but it eased into excitement and relief, with the biggest, most heartfelt hug after their recessional down the aisle. It happened and all of the hard work paid off.

What an honor it was to be a part of this beautiful day!!! Sara and Doug now have a beautiful baby girl, after struggling with infertility for a couple of years. They are huge examples to me of trusting in God and His timing! 🙏🏼

I am so grateful to get to work with inspiring, faithful couples who trust me to capture their sacred day of marriage, also alongside my favorite videographer ever . Their wedding film might be my favorite ever made, just knowing and being a part of the dramatic backstory.

Happy anniversary Sara & Doug!!! ♥️ I’m so glad we are still friends. 🥰

Hey there!

I work with fun couples who are madly in love, each unique in their own way.

I don't work with models... Which means, almost every couple I photograph is not experienced in front of the camera! I understand that "posing" doesn't feel natural for a majority of people, which is why I create an environment that prompts fun movements, natural laughter, and draws out your vulnerable emotions.

We will become good friends, fast. :)

My #1 goal throughout each experience is that every couple will fall more in love with each other than they were before we started. We laugh, we cry, we run around having the best time, while you tell your story and I document it.
