What’s the difference between Heels Pole Foundations (L1) and Heels Pole Flow (L1-2)?

Heels Pole Foundations will introduce you to your heels, pleasers or similar, how to walk in them, how to use the edges, toe swivel, platform, and spike to make your movements more fluid. You’ll learn all about weight shifting, technique and form, as well as work on ankle conditioning and pole conditioning. It is best after completing Intro to Pole and paired with beginner pole classes to get familiar with pole spins, transitions, and floorwork.

Heels Pole Flow will build off those foundations with a focus on choreography and longer flows on both spin and static pole. Pole conditioning, floorwork, kips, and more pole tricks are involved, therefore, the foundations classes are recommended prior to signing up for heels pole flow.

Heels Pole Foundations- Mondays 6pm with vanessa_aerials

Heels Pole Flow- Saturdays 11am with Shell

✨September Student Spotlight✨

Congratulations, Jon! 🎉👏

Jon kickstarted his aerial journey this past January and hasn’t stopped spinning ever since! He’s enjoyed merging his theatre background with aerial arts for showcase performances. He’s also been a huge helping hand to our community, fixing lights for us, gifting light boxes, and helping friends anytime they need him. We appreciate his humor and whimsy in everything he does!

You can see more of his artistry during our upcoming Halloween Cirque Showcase! 👻

This is your sign to come try a class with us. Intro and Beginner classes are the perfect place to start. What are you waiting for?

09/17/2026

A pole walk is the very first skill you learn in our progressive pole program. Proper shoulder engagement & technique are the foundations for a sustainable pole journey. Skip these and you open yourself up to possible injuries.

We focus on breaking down each skill and making sure we practice on both sides along with building strength and flexibility, so there’s no need to wait until you are stronger, more coordinated, or more flexible. Just come start with a walk around the pole and go from there!

4 Week Intro to Pole Series runs monthly, Thursdays at 6pm with bizzy
