🚨 Friendly Reminder 🚨

Deep South Speedway will NOT be racing this Saturday, June 6, and our Summer Bash has been moved to June 20.

We encourage everyone to continue supporting dirt track racing! There are two other tracks racing this weekend, so load up the family, grab your favorite race shirt, and head out to support your local racers and tracks.

Keeping dirt track racing alive takes all of us! fans, drivers, sponsors, crews, and promoters. Every ticket sold and every seat filled helps ensure this sport continues for generations to come.

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend’s event.

During a recent inspection, we discovered that the pump that supplies water to our water truck has failed. The necessary replacement parts will not arrive in time for us to make repairs and properly prepare the racing surface.

While this is not the news we wanted to share, the safety of our drivers, teams, and fans is always our top priority. Rather than provide anything less than the quality racing experience you expect from Deep South Speedway, we feel this is the best decision.

We will resume racing on June 20 with the same classes, same event, and the same schedule. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support as we work to get everything back in order.

Thank you, and we’ll see everyone at Deep South Speedway on June 20!

Due to scheduling changes, our Summer Bash has been moved to June 20, but don’t worry race fans — we’re still racing on June 6 with a full night of weekly racing action!

Deep South Speedway is racing June 6! 🏁

We understand that we normally race every other weekend, and we’ve had a few questions about racing back-to-back weekends.

When the 2026 schedule was put together, we intentionally scheduled races on consecutive weekends so we could leave the July 4th weekend open for the USCS Sprint Cars and Fireworks Spectacular. 🇺🇸🎆

We know it’s a little different than our normal schedule, but this adjustment helps us bring one of the biggest events of the year to Deep South Speedway while still giving our weekly racers and fans plenty of opportunities to enjoy some dirt track action.

So don’t make plans to stay home — racing is set for June 6! Grab your friends, load up the family, and come spend your Saturday night at the fastest dirt track in Lower Alabama.

THANK YOU!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make tonight happen!! our drivers, fans, sponsors, staff, officials, vendors, and everyone who put in the work behind the scenes.

There were plenty of obstacles, a whole lot of rain, and more than a few people who weren’t sure we’d pull it off but here we are.

To the ones who believed in us, thank you for the support. To the ones who doubted us, thank you for the motivation.

Tonight proved once again that Deep South Speedway doesn’t quit easy. We appreciate every person who came through the gates and helped pack the house.
