Northeastern Speedway

Northeastern Speedway Birthplace of Auto Racing in Vermont. It opened on July 18 1959 and it ran for 8 Seasons.

Vermont's first Sanctioning body for auto racing was also formed here and for 4 years oversaw the racing operations at Thunder Road.
