Swipe to see the brand new architectural drawings for the future Soundmirror: a state-of-the-art, multi-room post production studio inside a historic 1920s bank.

Once complete, the space will include:

👉 2 large Dolby Atmos mixing suites
👉 3 smaller Dolby Atmos production studios
👉 Central machine room and maintainence shop
👉 Ample storage space + loading dock for our remote recording equipment

All while preserving the original bank vaults and the beautiful architectural details that make this building so special.

We’re one step closer to turning this dream into reality and we can’t wait to welcome you in and fill this historic space with music and stories.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Michael Tilson Thomas. His artistry, curiosity, and generosity shaped not only the music world, but all of us who were lucky enough to work with him over the years. Recording with him was a privilege we will never forget. Thank you, Michael.

It is with deep sadness that we let you know of Michael Tilson Thomas’s passing on April 22, 2026. In 2021, Michael was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, an aggressive type of brain cancer. Through his illness he continued to make music—a testament to his legacy as an artist and communicator. He was preceded in death by his husband Joshua Robison, and passed away at home surrounded by loved ones and family. Joshua and Michael are survived by their sisters, nieces and nephews. 💙

A classically trained violist turned award‑winning recording engineer, Anastasia brings a wealth of talent and experience to our projects, with a background that spans the Moscow Conservatory, the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, and the Aspen Music Festival. It’s been an absolute joy having her on board.

At Heinz Hall for the Performing Arts early this morning, our producer Dirk Sobotka, working closely with Maestro Manfred Honeck on playbacks and preparation for today's final Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra & Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh performance of Mahler’s Resurrection.

It’s been an epic weekend of performances and recording—music-making on a truly monumental scale.
