Once in a while I like to mess around with colors I tend to shy away from. Burnt Sienna is a red-leaning brown, two of my least fav colors to paint with. Ultramarine Blue is a red-leaning blue and I tend to favor green based blues. I kinda hate this piece but I also kinda like it. They’re not my go-to colors by any means, but I have a new appreciation for them.

A page from my journal gushing about I am still blown away by that show and will forever be searching for media that even comes close. This scene where she points the gun at her own phone to intimidate the person she’s talking to on the phone was so ridiculous yet perfectly captures the exact absurdity of all the ways we self sabotage. Well done. Pure excellence. 💯
