Just upstream from Frogman territory, the beavers are chomping at each other. 🦫

“Beavergate” wasn’t something we had on our radar, but it’s Ohio, and strange things happen. Hopefully calm waters will prevail and everyone can use a beaver of their choice. The pond should be big enough for us all.

Meanwhile, while summer is for spawning, hopping and leaping amongst the lily pads, we wanted to remind you that Frogman Festival is returning for the fifth time! 🐸

We’re spanning the globe for speakers to fit our little enclave of mystery. Vendors are creating more artwork and crafts, plans are bubbling beneath the swamp, and there might even be a wizard somewhere working on a few spells to enchant you into joining us. And of course, the pied piper is tuning their drones, ready to lure the curious from near and far.

The swamp will stir again. Stay tuned. March 5-6, 2027.

Mothman Festivall and The Mothman Museum founder Jeff Wamsley came to the Frogman Festival in 2025 and he's returning the favor to our festival founder, Jeff Craig who will speak at noon on Saturday at Trinity UMC.

Mythbound came to Loveland today to learn about the lore of Frogman. This is a new mystery travel series exploring legends and myths around the country. It is hosted and executive produced by Baywatch alum Donna D’Errico. Thanks to Brian Maxson for getting us connected. Exploring the river banks, bridges and shorelines with Donna, Shane and Robbie was a blast.

Cryptid Con has found a new location and it’s not too far from Cincinnati so be sure to check it out if you haven’t been to it when it was in Lexington.

OK guys! We are really excited to announce that Cryptid Con: Bigfoot, Monsters and Legends will be moving!!! Cryptid Con 2026 will be at the Belterra Casino Resort in Florence, In on the same weekend of November 21st and 22nd! The new location is just across the river from Kentucky and 1 1/2 hours north of Lexington and 45 minutes away from Cincinnati and Louisville! Nothing else will change for the event! Only bigger and better venue with lots more activities for fans to have a better experience! Guest announcements, ticket sales (including the Expedition VIP that includes the Bigfoot hunt), special room rates and vendor applications will start soon!
