August, David and I work together applying the patina on “Can You See Me?” a sculpture headed to S**o to some refurbished cotton mills in Maine. It is to honor the millworkers and the thousands of children who worked way before their time. Love to create these works with my sons.

Here at DeDecker Studios not one day is the same. I invite you to join what’s going on here by following what we make. We are constantly working on new project and living up to our mothers goal of making something beautiful everyday. I am honored to currently be chosen to sculpt some incredibly influential women. They include the likes of Harriet Tubman, Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Sojourner Truth, Alice Paul, Daisy Bates, and Ida B. Wells. As our worlds become more and more connected I think it’s important to share what we are working on in hopes to inspire others, as well as encourage ourselves, to try new things and push our creativity.
