Performing because you love show or love the show or got the part is only the first step. True love for the art form takes it one step further and for some, they simply can’t imagine their life without it.

Watching Kaden talk about how much he loves dance and musical theatre at our awards night was such an empowering reminder of why we do this! We love the lights, the music, the dancing, but seeing our actor’s absolute JOY getting to perform is a feeling we will never get tired of. There is something powerful and almost infectious about hearing someone talk about how musical theatre makes them come to life!

LES MISÉRABLES IS COMING TO OUR COMMUNITY THEATRE IN SUMMER 2027!

After a 10-year licensing pause, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be bringing both the teen and adult versions of Les Misérables to our stage next summer.

One incredible musical, and TONS of opportunity in this production for both teens and adults as we are doing the teen and adult version. Audition information and sign-up announcements are coming soon. Theatre is so much more than the end result on a stage. The bonds you make in rehearsals and the cast members who become lifelong friends matter just as much as putting on a good performance. Our hope is that you’ve found somewhere you belong.

This empowering Dolly Parton quote reminds us today that following your dreams means that your theatre journey can be challenging at times but we believe that theatre life teaches actors on stage and off to never give up.

Performing arts and wellness go hand in hand and the proof is the actors rehearsing who get right back up after a bad run through, or the dancer who shows up early every rehearsal to practice their choreography. We have seen so many theatre actors who have found healing through art because they keep going even when it gets hard.

So what’s our secret to improving our mental wellness through the arts? It’s in the rehearsals, the friendships and support you build, the failure, growth, and taking a chance. Before you know it, you’re doing the thing you’ve dreamed about your whole life.

Community theatre is about more than getting on that stage. We had 3 raw and real moments from actors at our community theatre awards night where they talked about how much they love being part of this community.

It’s moments like this that remind us why we do what we do. For some, theatre helped them through one of the hardest seasons of their lives and for others, this community gave them the chance to finally perform a show they’ve dreamed about for years. The one thing these actors all have in common? Our theatre became a place where they can belong.
